Washington RB Rob Kelley, listed as questionable with rib injury, is not expected to play Sunday night vs Raiders, per source. (Adam Schefter on Twitter) FFToday's Take: Kelley was able to practice on a limited basis this week, but it appears he will gives his ribs another week to heal. In his absence, expect Samaje Perine to see the bulk of early-down work with Chris Thompson handling third downs. Both are flex considerations against the Raiders.
