I don't have a good sense." Scott Tolzien would face the Rams in Week 1 if Luck were still on PUP or unable to go right away after a limited practice schedule. (Twitter) FFToday's Take: This is bad for Luck owners who were assured by beat reporters from the Indy Star and other outlets throughout the month of July and into August that Luck would be removed from PUP and ready for Week 1. His draft value has to take an enormous hit, considering both the prognosis and his less-than-stellar 2016.
