Cardinals are giving 31-year-old RB Chris Johnson a one-year deal. (Adam Schefter on Twitter) FFToday's Take: Johnson was limited to four games in 2016 but led the team in rushing in 2015. With only Kerwynn Williams and Andre Ellington behind David Johnson, the Cardinals were wise to bring back a veteran they were familiar with and capable of handling the load for a game or two should David Johnson get sidelined for any length of time. He won't be the greatest handcuff in the world by any stretch, but he should be considered semi-valuable insurance for any DJ owner.
