Keenan Allen says he is close to 100%. Says probably around 85% but feels good with rehab process. (Chargers.com) FFToday's Take: Allen blew out his knee Week 1 last season and has dealt with numerous injuries during his four-year career. The Chargers will likely keep him on a pitch count during training camp. His fantasy value will vary widely given his high upside, high risk history.
