FFToday's Take: You don't normally seem salary dumps of this magnitude but reportedly the Browns acquired Osweiler, a 2018 second-round pick and a 2017 sixth-round pick from the Texans. Houston received a 2017 fourth-round pick. This move paves the way for the Texans to go after Tony Romo.
