Josh McCown medically cleared, practices fully
On track to return from collar bone injury in Week 8
By: Jake Gordon | Oct 26 2016, 3:46 pm

Josh McCown is on track to return from a collarbone injury that kept him out the past five weeks. The Cleveland Browns quarterback was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. McCown told reporters he was "moving in the right direction" to be able to play Sunday versus the New York Jets. Browns coach Hue Jackson didn't announce a starter Wednesday. (NFL.com)

FFToday's Take: Cleveland finally gets positive injury news on the quarterback front with Josh McCown's status improving by the day. Barring a set back he is set to return as the team's starter to face a Jets defense that has had issues defending the pass (NYJ rank 6th in passing yards allowed per game). Kevin Hogan will serve as the backup while Cody Kessler remains in concussion protocol.
