C.J. Anderson to miss at least a few weeks
May miss rest of season, seeking second opinion
By: Jake Gordon | Oct 26 2016, 4:35 pm

C.J. Anderson is expected to miss at least a few weeks with a bone bruise in his right knee, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported, via sources informed of the injury. Anderson is seeking a second medical opinion on the knee. Depending on the results, it's possible that he could miss the remainder of the season, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport added, per a source with knowledge of the situation. (NFL.com)

FFToday's Take: Updating previous reports, it looks like C.J. Anderson's knee injury may be serious enough to keep him out for the remainder of the year. Don't drop him until more information on the length of his recovery is determined. In the meantime, rookie Devontae Booker's fantasy stock soars from RB3/Flex option to RB1 status for the foreseeable future. He's been able to accrue a 5.2 YPC over the past month and has an extremely favorable schedule in November.
