C.J. Anderson being evaluated for knee injury Missed practice Wednesday By: Mike Krueger | Oct 26 2016, 1:45 pm
As the Denver Broncos begin preparations for their game Sunday against the San Diego Chargers, one player will be absent from practice Wednesday.
Running back C.J. Anderson is currently getting a second medical opinion on a right knee injury, sources told 9NEWS. Anderson suffered during the game Monday night against the Houston Texans.
There is hope the injury could be minor in nature, although it’s also possible he could miss an extended period. (9 News)
FFToday's Take:Anderson has been losing snaps to rookie Devontae Booker in the last couple weeks and now is getting his knee looked at which he injured but played through on Monday night. If Anderson misses any time, Booker will become a borderline RB1 play.
