Rashad Jennings expects to practice tomorrow
Thumb
By: Jake Gordon | Sep 28 2016, 5:04 pm

Jennings missed Sunday's loss to the Redskins with a thumb injury, but he said his thumb feels much better, and he anticipates being a full participant in practice. He won't know for sure, though, until Thursday, and the final decision lies with the team's medical staff. But Jennings is approaching this week as he would any other. (NJ.com)

FFToday's Take: This is encouraging news for a Giants backfield that has been hit hard by injuries. Rashad Jennings would get the starting nod if he can return to practice Thursday and not suffer any setbacks. Orleans Darkwa will still be mixed in and may be the favorite for goal line carries if the team wants to limit Jennings' exposure to hits on his injured thumb.
