Giants running back Shane Vereen is out for the season with a triceps injury, the team announced today. (ProFootballTalk) FFToday's Take: Rashad Jennings missed Week 3 with a thumb injury and now Vereen is lost for the season. Orleans Darkwa isn't the receiving threat Vereen is and the Giants expressed concerns of Jennings' ability to catch with a cast on his thumb so it remains to be seen how the backfield duties will be split moving forward. Bobby Rainey and Paul Perkins round out the depth chart.
