Update on Teddy Bridgewater
Dislocated knee, Torn ACL
By: Jake Gordon | Aug 31 2016, 5:17 pm

"After undergoing an MRI, it was determined that Teddy suffered a complete tear to his ACL and other structural damage," the statement read. "Fortunately, there appears to be no nerve or arterial damage. Surgical repair will be scheduled within the next few days. Although the recovery time will be significant, we expect Teddy to make a full recovery." (NFL.com)

FFToday's Take: This is a huge blow to the Vikings offense as the Vikings look to add another quarterback to pair with Shaun Hill. Fantasy owners should lower the ceilings of all receivers. If you were buying Adrian Peterson prior to Teddy Bridgewater going down for the year (and possibly longer) you should continue to make him one of the first running backs taken in 2016. Jerick McKinnon deserves a slight bump in the rankings as Minnesota's running game may become a larger part of the week to week game plan.
