The Indianapolis Colts today announced their franchise quarterback has signed a five-year contract extension through the 2021 season, a deal that will make him the highest paid player in league history, according to an NFL source. (Indianapolis Star) FFToday's Take: Andrew Luck was getting ready to enter his contract season but owner Jim Irsay had publically stated his desire to get an agreement done before training camp. Luck struggled last season completing just 55 percent of his passes and throwing 12 interceptions in seven games before missing the second half of the season with a lacerated kidney. He's a QB1 rebound candidate.
