Amendola likely out until playoffs
Likely knee sprain; Julian Edelman due back in Week 16 or 17
By: Doug Orth | Dec 21 2015, 6:35 pm

WR Danny Amendola is still getting tests on his knee, but the belief is it's a sprain that won't cause him to miss playoff time (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Amendola's durability has long been his biggest weakness and it appears he'll miss more time yet again. The Patriots are optimistic Julian Edelman will get at least one game in during the regular season in order to get acclimated for the playoffs, so owners that are rolling with Tom Brady or kept Edelman on their roster might see those players hook on a regular basis in Week 17 - if not Week 16 - assuming Edelman is cleared to play before then.
