On KCChiefs RBs: Spencer Ware will start, RB Knile Davis will be active. It's a long-shot for Charcandrick West to play, but he's pushing. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: West missed practice all week and it's likely he will be made inactive this morning but he's not officially been declared out as of yet. Ware is a volume-based play in a mediocre matchup against the Bills. This game figure to be low-scoring, so consider Ware an RB2 if/when West is made inactive.
