We had 12 owners going 12 rounds in a live (real-time) mock using the World Championship of Fantasy Football ("WCOFF") league format.

Weekly line-up:
1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WRs, 1TE, 1K, 1 D/ST + 1 Flex RB/WR/TE (10 total).

Given a typical WCOFF league draft is 20 rounds, and the mock is only 12 rounds, teams were not required to draft a kicker or defense if they didn't want to.
