Matt Ryan has been inconsistent lately.

That five interception performance against Arizona made me wonder if he was hurt and not telling anybody. Then he's fine against Tampa; then he only put up 165 yards against New Orleans' pathetic pass defense.

Ryan has thrown two touchdowns over the last three weeks.

If I had Kaepernick on my roster, I'd start him over Ryan next week.

Dave,

I always enjoy your thoughts, but it seems like you're really parroting the "prevailing" national media perspective of the Falcons: "They don't dominate. They have too many close games. They have trouble running the ball." Every week the talking heads find a reason to pick against Atlanta...THEN find a way to discredit them when they win by saying "they have to prove it in the playoffs." It was that way against the Broncos, Eagles, Cowboys, Redskins, Buccaneers, Saints, etc..

Simply put: At 11-1, the Falcons have beaten EVERY team they've played this season. (They're 1-1 vs. N.O. 10-0 vs. the rest). It's Week 12. Why not just give a team credit for being a good team through week 12? The playoffs will take care of themselves. Besides, won't most Fantasy Football seasons be over once the playoffs start?

At any rate, keep up the good work, and I hope you don't mind me chiming in. There's nothing wrong with healthy debate, and thanks for all the good advice.
