Veteran WR Mecole Hardman is re-signing with the #Chiefs on a one-year deal, per source. A hero in Super Bowl LVIII after a brief stint with the #Jets, Hardman is back in Kansas City. (Tom Pelissero on X)

FFToday's Take: Hardman returns to a crowded wide receiver room that includes Rashee Rice (suspension?), Marquise Brown, Xavier Worthy, Justin Watson, Kadarius Toney and Skyy Moore. He's familiar with the Chiefs system but won't have much fantasy value unless injuries occur ahead of him on the depth chart. He could also be an option as a kick returner.

A new weapon for Patrick Mahomes: Former Ravens and Cardinals WR Marquise Brown is expected to sign a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, per sources. During is final season in Baltimore in 2021, Brown had 91 catches for 1,008 yards and six touchdowns. During 26 games over two seasons in Arizona, Brown had 118 catches for 1,283 yards and seven TDs. FFToday's Take: The one-year deal "Hollywood" will allow him to make the most of his time in Kansas City and perhaps get a multi-year deal for 2025 and beyond. The Chiefs are in need of WR help after being plagued by drops and poor choices like Skyy Moore and Kadarius Toney. He'll crack the starting lineup opposite Rashee Rice and give the Chiefs a valid deep threat also capable of making plays in the intermediate sections of the field.
